• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Perishable goods such as pet food or treats.
• Items marked as final sale.

3. Return Process:

• Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
• Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process:

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1 – 10 business days after inspection.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:

• If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item or items from our store except cash refunding. Please contact us within the same day of receiving the product.

6. Defective or Damaged Items:

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.

7. Cancellations:

8. Store Credit:
